Guernsey Food Hygiene Services provides Food Safety and Health and Safety training in Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark and Herm.

Jonathan has level 4 qualifications in Food Safety and Health and Safety, and is accredited with Highfield Qualifications to deliver Food Safety levels 1, 2 3 & 4 courses, and Level 1 & 2 courses in Fire Safety, Health and Safety, Manual Handling, Allergens Awareness and a number of others.


Jonathan has spent more than 30 years experience working in the hospitality sector, including restaurants, hotels, holiday cottages and kitchens - He started washing up at the age of 15 in a small Hotel, has worked in nearly every role within hospitality, working for many years as Director of Hospitality and CEO of Herm Island - a 100% hospitality based island in Channel Islands.
